About Me

Satenik Baghdasaryan

With over 8 years of hands-on experience in emergency department clinical operations and documentation, I've developed a deep understanding of healthcare workflows, patient flow, and the critical role that accurate, timely documentation plays in patient care and organizational success.

My journey began in medical scribing, where I worked directly with physicians to document patient encounters in real-time. This experience gave me firsthand insight into clinical decision-making processes, documentation challenges, and the operational pressures that healthcare providers face daily.

As I transitioned into Clinical Information Management (CIM) and healthcare operations roles, I became increasingly interested in how data could be leveraged to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. This led me to pursue healthcare data analytics, where I now combine my clinical operations knowledge with technical skills in SQL, Power BI, and Excel to transform raw data into actionable insights.

I specialize in using data to improve patient flow, enhance documentation quality, and optimize revenue capture. My work focuses on creating dashboards and analytics solutions that are not just technically sound, but also practical and actionable for clinical and administrative teams.
